My passion for carpentry and Joinery started at a very young age with both my father and grandfather being skilled tradesman. I completed my apprenticeship in a bespoke Joinery company in the UK where I had experience early on working with high end clients gaining a wealth of experience in all aspects of the trade and with multiple wood types. With over 10 years’ experience in the trade my skill and craftsmanship is finely tuned and I am confident taking on challenging carpentry jobs with passion and pride going into every project.
After working as a carpenter in Wales for 10 years I made one of the biggest decisions of my life to immigrate to Australia and set up a new life in Sydney. Life as a carpenter in Sydney is very rewarding as it allows me to fully utilise my skills on unique modern home designs along with many restoration projects for those who prefer a traditional look and finish.
Even though I am experienced in all aspects of carpentry and joinery I have realised over the years that my main passion is window restoration. I enjoy nothing more than providing specialist services enabling customers to maintain the original character of their home. With that in mind Sash Smart Windows was created, allowing me to work every day doing something I have great passion for.
